The Centre for Studies on Federalism (CSF) was founded on November 28, 2000, under the auspices of the Compagnia di San Paolo (one of the largest private-law foundations in Europe) and the Universities of Turin, Milan and Pavia. Its guiding mission is to promote and coordinate activities in scientific research, information and diffusion of knowledge, documentation and education in the field of studies on federalism. Housed in the Collegio Carlo Alberto in Moncalieri, on the outskirts of Turin, it works together with its associated Universities, with other Italian and foreign universities and research centres, and with private and public organisations
Perspectives on Federalism is a web journal discussing federalism at all levels of government.
