This Law published on the Ufficial Bulletin n. 103, May 6, 2009 delegates to the Government the action needed to apply fiscal federalism in Italy, giving full realisation of the art 119 of the Basic Law. This Law contains general principles for the coordination of the public finances, the tax system and to disciplinate the equalisation fund between reacher and poorer areas.
